Let the Christmas Festivities Begin
December 18th David's mom, Karen ("kiki"), arrived for a visit from Texas. She had just seen Bella when we were in Texas over Thanksgiving but this trip allowed her to spend some great quality time with Bella. As usual, California weather decided not to cooperate knowing we had guests in town so it was cold and rainy but we still braved a few sites. The first day we took her to Union Square in San Francisco to see all the pretty Christmas decorations and walk the mall. The next day we made a trip to the coast. During the week David had to work so Karen and I played with Bella, baked cookies, and watched all the Twilight movies....what a great week!!! Also during the week was David's company Christmas party at a wonderful restaurant with fantastic steak! It was great having Karen get to meet all of the amazing people David is working with this year.

So glad you guys had a good Christmas!! Bailey's first word was "shoe" also..those girls could get along quite well. :) And, I can't even believe that Bella is ONE...you were just pregnant the other day!!!
